REGISTRATION:  ALL players/parents - Please click on the "Registration Tab".  For returning players, please use your User ID and Password.  If you do not remember registering previously OR have forgotten your User ID and password, use the "forgot password" option.  If you still cannot access your family account, e-mail registrar@boernesoccer.org for additional assistance.  Creating a new registration without going through your family account will cause a duplicate application for your child with a new player ID # which will have to be cancelled out.  When registering for the first time, remember to register a parent or guardian first, followed by additional family members.  We will need to verify your child's State issued birth certificate prior to accepting the registration. Instructions will be provided at the end of the registration process.

**PLEASE UPDATE YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION so that we can ensure that you are kept informed prior to and during each season.  E-mail is particularly important as it is the most efficient way we can get word out to over 800 players in a timely manner.

SOCCER FEES:
We regretted the need to raise fees this past season to cover direct expenses but it was unavoidable.  Our field expenses went up by 17% and our "Outside City of Boerne Player" fee's doubled going from $25 per player per year to $50 per player per year.  70% of Boerne SC players are considered "outside City of Boerne".  In addition, our scholarship rate has gone up to 12% while our team sponsorship and donors have dropped significantly.  We will be recruiting sponsors/donors vigorously through the coming year to help balance this out.

Regular Recreational Players U5-U10:  Registration $110 (includes uniform for all players (used for Fall & Spring)

Regular Recreational Players U11>:  Registration $135 (includes uniform for all players (used for Fall & Spring)

Rec Academy League (U9/10 Only):  $335 (includes uniform w/2 jerseys for new players, tournament registration fees and all trainer fees) plus above.  Payment plans are available if paying by e-Check or credit card.

Select Div I/II/SII Players:  Registration $990 for the seasonal year.  This price is all inclusive for training and team fee's in addition to registration fee's.  New players or player's needing a new uniform will have a $240 uniform package fee added.  If your child is new to Select OR the team is obtaining new uniforms this season, please click on the uniform package.  Payment plans are available if paying by e-Check for $2 bank charge (preferred) or via credit card (merchant fee charge).

LATE FEES
Late fees of $25 per player will be charged for any Select player after 8/15 and Recreational players after August 29th,  Players registering LATE and subsequently requesting a refund will receive a full refund of the registration fees but LATE FEES  WILL BE FORFEITED UNLESS a child cannot be placed. REFUND POLICY
Recreational players: Players withdrawing BEFORE the first game of the season by e-mail or personal contact with the registrar will be 100% with the exception of the late fee above.  Please notify ASAP in order to allow for another player to take your childs place. 
 
Select players: There are no refunds for Select players as players are rostered for the year.  Any question's should be referred to the VP of Select, Gabe Fuentes at gfuentes@gvtc.com OR Treasurer, Roger VanSickle at treasurer@boernesoccer.org.   Select player's wanting to change teams before the seasonal year is over must complete a TRANSFER/RELEASE form signed by parent and player with reason for release/transfer documented.
